All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. Orders are dispatched daily from our head quarters in Orange and we work really hard to have orders dispatched ASAP.
We use a combination of Australia Post and Couriers to deliver. Postage is calculated based upon the weight of products. Our preferred method of delivery is Courier, for speed and reduced risk of breakage.
We offer free shipping on full priced clothing and shoes but when on sale the flat fee is $10.
At the checkout you will have an option to select, standard or express post and the amount will then be shown. With an express service we ensure speed of service is accelerated for urgent purchases. In addition, you can select "pick up in store" or "local delivery" and we will not charge you.
For larger items we use a courier service. In some cases, an additional shipping fee will be charged post purchase for bulky items such as furniture but we will contact you. If you would like a courier quote before purchasing please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or 02 63631160.
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
