Delivery

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are dispatched daily from our head quarters in Orange.  We do work really hard to have orders dispatched ASAP.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Keep in mind that shipping time depends on our delivery partners ability and normally varies between 2 to 8 business days.

We use Australia Post, Sendle and other couriers for deliveries. Postage is calculated based upon the weight of products.

We offer free shipping on full priced clothing and shoes but when on sale the flat fee is $9.90.

At the checkout you will have three options, normal post or express post and the shipping amount will then be shown (before any payment is required). In addition, you can select "free pick up in store" and we will not charge postage.

For larger items we use a courier service. Please contact us if you would like a quote or to discuss.

Returns

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@thewhiteplace.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
