Occupied Home Staging
Using Homeowner’s Furniture
Consultation Only: During our home consultation, the TWP living team will make suggested recommendations, such as possible changes to furniture layout, existing décor items to remove/declutter and give ideas for possible new items to be included to freshen up the space. We can also recommend alterations to the home and garden, such as painting and landscaping ideas. It is then up to the homeowner makes the changes.
Option 2
Partial Home Staging
Mixed Homeowner’s and The White Place Living Furniture
a popular choice amongst sellers, this involves a consultation with the TWP Living who will ascertain what the best mix of furniture will be for each room being staged. A detailed and customised quote will be developed outlining the pieces used by the homeowner and The White Place Living.
Option 3
Vacant Home Staging
The White Place Living Furniture & Decor Rental
Basic Package: Includes essential furniture and minimal styling for key areas such as the living room, dining room, and master bedroom.
Full Home Staging Package: The full home will be catered for, and includes the rooms listed in the basic package as well as additional spaces like secondary bedrooms, home offices, outdoor areas, kitchen and bathroom styling.
We are able to alter and adapt each package based on the desired outcome.

Maintenance
can be added to all options
Our TWP Living team has considerable experience and ability to consult and action suggested maintenance projects to get your home ready and on the market. For example (but not limited to); hedging and gardening, painting, small carpentry jobs such as fencing, gates, repairs and decking. This option can also be included with any of the options above.
