Delivery:
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are dispatched daily from our headquarters in Orange. We do work really hard to have orders dispatched ASAP.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Keep in mind that shipping time depends on our delivery partners ability and normally varies between 2 to 8 business days.
We use Australia Post, Sendle and other couriers for deliveries. Postage is calculated based upon the weight of products.
We offer free shipping on full priced clothing and shoes but when on sale the flat fee is $10.
At the checkout you will have three options, normal post or express post and the shipping amount will then be shown (before any payment is required). In addition, you can select "free pick up in store" and we will not charge postage.
For larger items we use a courier service. Please contact us if you would like a quote or to discuss.
Returns:
In the instance your item isn’t quite right, we are happy to offer returns on full price items only for a refund* or store credit, if returned in original condition within 7 days of purchase.
*For online orders only, exclusions below apply.
Only full price online orders are eligible to be returned for the below:
- A refund to the original payment method, minus a $10 flat rate processing and handling fee.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@thewhiteplace.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
