Sizing is based on the average head size. Measuring the child's head circumference is recommended to ensure the correct sizing. Using a soft measuring tape (or piece of string), measure across the mid-forehead around the top of the ears to the back of the head (where a hatband would sit). Hats can be tightened by adjusting the drawstring toggle.

Care & Safety:
• Care: Cool gentle wash with similar colours. Line dry in the shade or tumble dry low. Cool iron if needed. Do not soak or bleach.
• Safety: Not to be worn when sleeping. Adult supervision is recommended.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. Orders are dispatched daily from our head quarters in Orange and we work really hard to have orders dispatched ASAP.

We use a combination of Australia Post and Couriers to deliver. Postage is calculated based upon the weight of products. Our preferred method of delivery is Courier, for speed and reduced risk of breakage.

We offer free shipping on full priced clothing and shoes but when on sale the flat fee is $10.

At the checkout you will have an option to select, standard or express post and the amount will then be shown. With an express service we ensure speed of service is accelerated for urgent purchases. In addition, you can select "pick up in store" or "local delivery" and we will not charge you.
